1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Creation and Security
Each member may hold only one account on 32 apk. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account will be considered your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should contact the support team immediately at [email protected]. 32 apk is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.
Accounts must be registered under your real name. The name on your account must match the name on any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Mismatches may result in transaction delays or account suspension.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
Members agree to use 32 apk for lawful purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities.

5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on 32 apk are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Members must use payment methods that are registered in their own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted.
Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method used and verification requirements in effect at the time of the request.
32 apk does not guarantee specific processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or other financial intermediaries. Any fees charged by external payment providers are the responsibility of the member.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
32 apk provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 32 apk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to access the platform, including losses resulting from gaming outcomes, technical failures, or unauthorized account access caused by a member's failure to protect their credentials.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
32 apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity has occurred. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending an investigation.
